Student Ministry
We believe in calling a generation to Jesus. But that generation needs called ministers. Leaders passionate about evangelism. The tide is turning in the Church in America, but that grows stronger when believers share the transforming power of Jesus.

Worship Ministry
We become like what we behold. Worship students at the Institute are encouraged to behold Jesus. Equipped to plan and lead services, build and invest in volunteers, and understand the art of music, they’ll walk into a church and effectively guide that church’s worship of a Risen Savior.

Children's Ministry
Reaching the next generation doesn’t begin when they reach high school. It starts from their earliest days. In the Children’s Ministry track, students will learn how to plant Gospel seeds in the youngest hearts and minds and partner with parents in discipling their kids.

Church Media
The world today is connected and visual. Church Media is an under-recognized yet vital aspect of ministry today. Students are developed in aspects of production and creative — sound, lighting, video, design, social media, and more.
Personal and Practical
The STS Institute is built on removing the excess of ministry education. We believe in teaching the essentials of the faith and the essentials of what it’s actually like working in a church. Our classes are taught by practitioners, men and women currently serving in a church leadership role.
Compact Learning
Our programs are two years — one year in the classroom and one year on staff in a church fellowship. We leverage our network of church relationships for students, placing them in healthy environments to supplement their classroom learning for an effective training experience.
